    The CRAFT of growth modelling helps you get your growth model right. It starts from deciding on your North Star Metric (NSM) and adjusting it based on your company’s stage—whether you're at PMF, early, or mature scaling. Then, identify key input levers and create a growth equation around your NSM. Learn how to gather and calculate your current metrics, and understand how much retention alone can drive growth. Build a growth model focused on constraint metrics, and master the art of pitching it to influence key stakeholders.
    Yes, you can do all the CRAFTs available on the platform, multiple times.
    In this project, you’ll create a growth model for your product. You’ll do 5 clear things: Identify the north star metric depending on the stage of your company, understanding levers for that NSM, create a growth equation, prepare for nuke scenario, pitch it to key stakeholders.
    Yes, doing the project is mandatory. True learning doesn’t happen till you apply it. TO give you an analogy: you can’t get fit by just watching workout videos. You will have to break a sweat to get there. Similarly, the only way to really learn a CRAFT is to apply it, i.e do the project.
    Prioritising learning is never easy. Life always gets in the way, that new project at work, someone going on a leave, a personal commitment. Creating impact is the only way to really grow in your career, and it needs to be prioritised.
    No, CRAFTs do not have any live sessions, they are asynchronous. However, it's unlike other recorded sessions. CRAFTs are available for you to learn from only for a limited period of time (9 days). For every CRAFT, you'll have access to a dedicated community. This will help you connect with other members who are also working on the same CRAFT to clear your doubts, learn from parallel industries and upskill.
    The CRAFT of Building Growth Teams, and all other CRAFTs on the platform are included in the GrowthX membership.

    Yes. Every learning experience is online while in-person experiences are in major metro cities in India - the full list is mentioned above in the community experience section. We do not restrict applications by your geographical location.
