This CRAFT is made for Founders, Product Managers, Growth leads, Marketers or anyone looking to launch. Note: If you’re looking to find your first 1000 customers, this CRAFT is not for you.
This CRAFT will give you a framework nail any GTM. You start by defining the context and goal for your GTM strategy, then identify the key levers to achieve it. Segment your ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for maximum reach and prioritize the right channels. Prepare thorough channel and distribution plans, and learn to align and influence stakeholders along the way. Set clear milestones to track progress and use a solid framework to analyze success post-launch. Finally, master the art of debriefing stakeholders to build trust and ensure ongoing alignment.
Yes, you can do all the CRAFTs available on the platform, multiple times.
In this project, you’ll form an end-to-end strategy to nail any GTM. You will do 7 clear things: Defining the content and goal for your GTM strategy, identify levers to achieve it, understand ICP, prepare channel & distribution plans, set metrics to track, build a strategy to align stakeholders.
Yes, doing the project is mandatory. True learning doesn’t happen till you apply it. TO give you an analogy: you can’t get fit by just watching workout videos. You will have to break a sweat to get there. Similarly, the only way to really learn a CRAFT is to apply it, i.e do the project.
Prioritising learning is never easy. Life always gets in the way, that new project at work, someone going on a leave, a personal commitment. Creating impact is the only way to really grow in your career, and it needs to be prioritised.
No, CRAFTs do not have any live sessions, they are asynchronous. However, it's unlike other recorded sessions. CRAFTs are available for you to learn from only for a limited period of time (9 days). For every CRAFT, you'll have access to a dedicated community. This will help you connect with other members who are also working on the same CRAFT to clear your doubts, learn from parallel industries and upskill.
The CRAFT of Building Growth Teams, and all other CRAFTs on the platform are included in the GrowthX membership.
This CRAFT along with 15 others are a part of the GrowthX membership and cannot be bought separately.
CRAFTs are hybrid specialised learning programs that give you frameworks, approaches and thinking tools to solve specific problems at work. If you want to achieve exponential outcomes, it's non-negotiable to build depth in work and proof of work, and that’s exactly what CRAFT allows you to do.
Ambitious operators in a business/product role wanting to accelerate their individual contributor → senior manager → leadership journey. Plus, founders under $20 million revenue trying to solve people, process & revenue focused problems. Our current diversity has 60% members who work on a B2C product while the rest in B2B companies. The mix includes 35% founder, over 55% in either product/marketing/ revenue roles & approx. 10% are transitioning into a revenue focused role. Median work experience in the community is 6.5 years with the range being 0 → 18 years. A balanced mixture of leaders in post PMF/ Seed → Mature stage organisations. We have seen members who get a high ROI have 3 following criteria.
  1. Working in a digital product-related role. Since our community focuses on solving common problems related to growing digital products, we prioritize applicants from the functions most likely to be actively tackling those problems currently. This includes product management, marketing, engineering, design, analytics, strategic finance, founders office, founders, and other roles.
  2. Demonstrate strong initiative. GrowthX is a community of contributors, but you don’t have to be an expert to join. To make the most out of GrowthX, members should be curious, engage with other members, volunteer ideas, and share insights.
  3. Showcase empathy as core value. Empathy is at the core of our close knit community. Our members go out of their way to help each other out. Your empathy quotient will be critical to getting accepted into the membership experience.
Anyone seeking easy hacks, tricks or someone to solve your growth problem. Unlocking sustainable revenue growth takes hard work and ongoing effort. GrowthX is built on a structured approach and peer learning - we do not believe in “hacks”.
Yes. Every learning experience is online while in-person experiences are in major metro cities in India - the full list is mentioned above in the community experience section. We do not restrict applications by your geographical location.

Yes, this is possible. Once you secure your membership, just use the support channel inside the dashboard to generate a GST compliant invoice in your employer/company name. We’ll be happy to help you with this. If your company wants to make a direct payment, we can share bank transfer details and raise a direct invoice if that works for your employer.

Patience—you’re about to be impressed.
