Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, CRAFTs are part of your membership. Your membership also includes everything from learning, outcomes and community.
No, there is no additional cost for any CRAFT. Access to CRAFTs is included in your membership. However, important it’s important to note, that submitting your project is mandatory if you want continued access to future CRAFTs.
No, CRAFTs do not have any live sessions, they are asynchronous. However, it’s not any other recorded session. CRAFTs are available for you to learn from only for a limited period of time (1 week). For every CRAFT, you'll have access to a dedicated Slack channel. This will help you connect with other members who are also working on the same CRAFT, whether for personal upskilling or to address related challenges at their companies.
Prioritising learning is not easy. Life always gets in the way, that new project at work, someone going on leave, a personal commitment. So once you’ve taken the decision to learn, want you to prioritise it. And we’ll be here with you to see it through. Creating impact is really the only way to grow in your career, and it needs to be prioritised.
CRAFTs are not meant to be consumed like a Netflix film. You have to apply it to learn it. If I’ve to take an analogy, just watching someone workout, and understanding the right techniques to do a certain kind of movement will not make you fit. It doesn’t work like that. You’ll have to show up and workout yourself, that’s the only way you’ll have an outcome. Similarly, the only way CRAFTs work is when you apply it.
Each CRAFT is available for a period of 9 days. If you are unable to complete the CRAFT in this time, you can ping other members, take a download from them & borrow their notes to complete the project.
We understand life gets in the way. But projects are a mandate. If you do not submit a project: 1. Access to other CRAFTs are revoked 2. You will be given a second chance to do the same CRAFT 3. If you still fail to submit the project, you’ll have a cool off period for a month, where access to the community will be revoked. 4. Post the cool down period, once you submit it, access to other CRAFTs will reopen.
