Each CRAFT is designed as a flexible learning experience for busy operators and founders. All modules are pre-recorded so you can learn at your own pace, whenever it fits your schedule. Each CRAFT includes a curated project (optional but recommended) broken down into specific sections to help you apply concepts as you learn. You'll watch modules, take notes, and immediately apply concepts to build practical resources ready to solve real problems at work. Remember, application is at the core of learning at GrowthX - that's how real transformation happens.
Here's an indicative list of members in our private community. You will have access to a slack channel where you can brainstorm with people who are doing this program. Our typical members hold atleast 3 years of work experience with the median work experience of 6.5 years in a technology company.
Each CRAFT targets specific workplace problems with nuanced concepts and strategies—nothing generic. After completing Advanced Growth Strategy, you'll understand your current revenue scaling approach and identify deeper challenges. You can then select a CRAFT that directly addresses your problem, or choose one upfront if you've already pinpointed the issue you need to solve.
Just going through the pre read should suffice. If you are in the early / mid stages in your career, we recommending completing the Advanced Growth Strategy so you have built a muscle in revenue scaling. We would recommend taking notes as you consume the recorded content. Sit at a place you usually work, with a chai / coffee before you begin, and keep your phone away. Trust the process — it works.
